If you want to increase business, you need to be valuable. Stop selling products and services and start understanding your customers. What do they need? What do they want? What pain can you relieve them from?

Start taking the path of least resistance... Give your customers what THEY want, not what you think they want. Start talking with them on a regular basis to find out what is really important to them. Let them be a partner in building a better product or service offering. You will find that they will enjoy the process and value your relationship. Ultimately you will become a value innovator and will grow your business faster... Ask and you shall receive.
